Called in to investigate calls I was receiving. Spoke to a less than cooperative man. I asked him repeatedly to send me my bill because I wasn't comfortable giving my card information over the phone. I explained to him that I had researched the number he was calling from and read multiple reviews on it being a scam. He reassured me it wasn't a scam and again asked for my information. At this point, I was fed up with his attitude and began to get forceful with words. He then started screaming at me and eventually hung up. I called back and spoke to another gentleman by the name of Allen, who was a little more helpful, yet he insisted on over the phone payment, which I declined. When I asked to speak with management, he just so happened to be on "lunch." I guess we will see if Ben returns my call like I requested.
